Design, develop and support Genesys Pure Connect and Pure Cloud Solutions; Implement Genesys IVR systems including call routing and queuing. GVP, SIP, TServer, Universal Routing, Infomart ETL, iWD, Multimedia and Omni channel implementation using Orchestration. Genesys 8/9.x, Java, HTML, Java Script, SCXML, VXML, Oracle, SQL.

Position requires Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering (ANY) with 24 months of experience in related occupation. For the above position travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations within the United States possible.
